Shipping Policy + Return Policy


Once package has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for the package. Adelyne's Rose will not be responsible for any lost packages in transit, unless you have selected "USPS Priority Mail" as your shipping method


Unfortunately we DO NOT allow any refund or exchanges unless product has arrived damaged. If that is the case please contact us within 3 days upon receiving package.

If a refund were to take place it would be in a form of store credit. 


We will only exchange a defective or damaged item.
